A New Partnership!

The Pastor’s Soul is excited to announce our new partnership with Pastor-in-Residence Ministries (PIR). They exist to restore hope to “at-risk” and exited pastors by partnering with God and the church. I am excited to join them in this good and important work.

PIR works with pastors who have been forced out of ministry (exited) and provides a unique and proven process of restoration and renewal. This process uses “refuge churches” to fulfill their mission:

PIR Ministries helps exited pastors navigate vocational transition
by providing a caring and restorative environment.

PIR is featuring The Pastor’s Soul on their website ( This will help get our message of helping churches care for their pastor to many more churches. In turn, on The Pastor’s Soul, from time to time I will be sharing more about this great ministry. Look for their logo featured below and throughout our website.
